The Nde administrative Division, located in the West-Cameroon, was occupied a long time ago by a group of people who put in place a specific lifestyle to face environmental and human challenges. This was made possible by their invention of tools such as hand axes, adzes, hachets, axes and spears. This material was later completed by pottery and iron tools when they moved from a nomadic to a sedentary life. In this book, the author shows how the process of the settlement of the people in that area went on. Through a careful analysis of the material remains abandoned by the ancient people of Nde, he has succeeded in establishing how they migrated and settled. This process started as far back as the Late Stone Age. They were later on replaced by the Bantu, the Tikar and the Bamileke people.
